The Go Out Pet Bag is designed for small to medium-sized pets up to 15 pounds. Please check the internal dimensions to ensure a comfortable fit for your pet.

Place your pet inside the bag and use the built-in safety clip to attach to their harness or collar. Zip up the mesh closure and ensure your pet can comfortably stand, turn, and sit.

The Go Out Pet Bag meets most airline carry-on requirements for in-cabin pet carriers, but we recommend checking with your specific airline for size and weight policies before travel.

If the zippers get stuck, gently realign the fabric and apply a small amount of zipper lubricant. For mesh tears, contact our customer support for repair or replacement options under the warranty.

The Go Out Pet Bag comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the bag is in unused condition. Please contact our customer support for assistance with returns or warranty claims.
